CAS Medical Systems, Inc. Strengthens Its Management Team with New Chief Operating Officer
Branford, CT - December 16, 2003 – CAS Medical Systems, Inc. (OTC BB: CAMY) today announced the appointment of Andrew Kersey to the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer, effective January 1, 2004. Mr. Kersey will play a key role in the direction of the management team, overseeing operations and executing new growth strategies for the future of CAS Medical Systems, Inc.
Mr. Kersey has more than 15 years of engineering and operations experience in the medical device manufacturing industry. He joined CAS in 2001 as Director of Engineering, and has since expanded his role to Director of Marketing and Engineering. Before joining CAS, Mr. Kersey was OEM Engineering Manager with Novametrix Medical Systems, Inc.
